Beauty. More than a nickname for one of my greatest loves (my mom), it has become my philosophy, a reminder to see the beauty in the world – in all of its elements, in its simplest form, in the littlest details and in the most mundane moments – and to know that even from the ugliest days, something beautiful can be reaped.

I am honored to have been asked to join Melanie Scott on her “Intentional Conversations Podcast,” where we explored the roles vulnerability, gratitude and introspection play in cultivating resiliency. It is our intention that this conversation encourages you to reflect and see beauty in the every day – especially during these daunting times. Here’s to what I hope will be a cup-filling listen!
